“This home had no warmth or comfort. Although I knew from the photos that the furniture would be scarce, I found out how old and broken it was too. The floors seemed clean but no surfaces were wiped down; the bathroom sinks and shower were dirty. There is no bathmat, only a tiny toilet rug. The sheets were mismatched and there were no blankets on the bedsand no extra blankets in the house; just the bedspreads. There are no bedside tables for phones, tissues, water, etc., no dressers.
