Community Amenities: Our Pool House is the go-to spot for unwinding or staying active! With an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center, there’s something for everyone. Laundry facilities are also available for your convenience, and you can find complimentary detergent pods and dryer sheets in the primary bedroom closet.

Guests also have access to shared charcoal grills, a playground, hard court tennis courts, a basketball hoop, and a gazebo.

Unit Amenities: The unit has a variety of complimentary amenities, such as flat-screen TVs, indoor and outdoor dining seating, board games, books, and a mudroom with ski racks. The unit also offers free Wifi, complimentary toiletries, towels, linens, central heating, and a wall A/C unit. We love dogs— pet waste bags are also complimentary!

Kitchen Amenities: Cook to your heart's content in the unit's full kitchen, which has a dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, K-cup coffee machine, drip coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, dishware, flatware, trash bags, & paper towels.

Guests have access to the entire condo unit with the exception of the locked supply closet in the 2nd bedroom. Guests also have access to all resort amenities, such as the grills, pool, gym, etc.!

Drinking Water information: the mountainside resort is currently under a do not drink restriction because of changes to state regulations governing acceptable PFAS levels. Per the state, while the resort works to remediate this, the unit’s tapwater is acceptable for all uses other than drinking and brushing teeth. Not to worry, however – – we have stocked the unit with a dispenser for hot, cool, and cold bottled water, and have also supplied individual bottles of water in the refrigerator, all of which are complimentary.
