Hotel a Strada Blu Ridge

“This hotel punches above it's weight class. Clean rooms/beds. We had a 4th floor room over looking the interstate, with mountain views behind that, and a wedding reception downstairs and the fishin pig having outdoor music on their patio the night of our stay. You couldn't hear anything with the a/c unit on. 2 dinning options across the parking lot. Hotel breakfast had everything we wanted. Waffles, cereal, bacon, eggs, microwavable breakfast sandwiches. “The hotel is beautiful in a large estate-like property so it is very grand. The area is quiet but close to the town. You can walk to town (about 12 minute walk). The room was small (we got the classic room) but comfortable since we didn't spent much time there as we were in town most of the day. I would stay there again. It has great history.”

“Really nice classy old fashioned hotel feel. Extremely steep walks to hotel. Town has interesting character, probably seen better days. Good restaurants, nice pedestrianized streets.”

“Enjoyed outdoor seating and breakfast! Bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Towels were nice and we appreciated extra set from the beginning. Although the room was large and had been cleaned, there were a few stains on the carpet and the dresser/console had several nicks, paint touch-ups that were noticeable. ”
