“Everything was great after we found out how the lights worked. There’s a master switch near the door that has to be on before any switches will work. ”

“The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast on Wednesday morning was only until 9:30 and since I'm a late riser I didn't get it in time. This location is situated between right next to a major truck stop so sometimes getting in and out is difficult when trucks back up and blocking the driveway. It's right off of I-77 and there are fast electric car charging stations in the parking lot at the truck stop. No charging stations at all up the hill near the hotel.”

“Lovely historic hotel with a great location and all the amenities. Walking distances to so many restaurants, shops, the Shakespeare Theatre, and other attractions. Breakfast bar was delicious and had so many choices. Only downside was it was short staffed and there was a wait for a table. ”

“Wonderful dining choices that we could easily walk to, and campus was just a short walk too. Our room was very clean and huge! Easy parking as well. I highly recommend the Hyatt Place Blacksburg!”

“Staff at desk were very friendly and expained all the things the hotl offered and where they were located. Free cookies and beverages 24 hours a day and even had sugarfree cookies which was great for us as we both have diabetes. Breakfast had plenty of variety both hot and cold. Our room was clean though carpet was quite worn. It was a pleasant stay and we would return again if in the area.”
