“Everything was super, just a bit disappointed that the staff addressed my husband directly always as his name was on the booking. I did the booking but that doesn't matter! All good other than that. We look forward to going again later in the year. ”

“We stayed at The Killarney Park for three of our ten nights in the southwest of Ireland and wish we could have stayed there all ten! The hotel was superb in luxury, customer service, and attention to detail. From bath salts for the claw-footed tub to a welcome note and snack from the management, the staff went out of their way to give us the vacation of a lifetime. The hotel is steps from the most beautiful park we've ever walked (Killarney House and Gardens) and is across the street from shops...

“My family and I really enjoyed the stay. The suite was very comfortable for 4 people, with complementary Nespresso Vertuo coffee, mineral water, tea and biscuits. The gyms is well equipped for short stay workouts but unmanned pool and jacuzzi spa very missing of towels and there was an intense smell of bleach probably not properly rinsed. Breakfast is a rich in options must try experience.”

“Purtroppo non sono rimasto soddisfatto, la prima notte non ho dormito a causa di rumori provenienti dalla camera a fianco, la seconda notte non ho dormito a causa del freddo, il riscaldamento non funzionava. Accoglienza a 5 stelle, sistemazione camera molto scarsa, succede sempre quando prenoto con Hotels.com, camera superior o deluxe poi invece mi sistemano in una standard, almeno qui in Irlanda capita questo. ”

“L’hotel è immerso nel verde, i giardini sono tenuti in modo impeccabile, tutto è ordinato e pulito. Il personale estremamente cordiale e preparato. Non abbiamo usufruito della Spa e della piscina, quindi non posso giudicare, ma abbiamo provato alcuni prodotti offerti ed erano veramente eccellenti. Le camere sono molto spaziose e pulite.
