Hotel a Strada del Grande Fiume

“Historic building in a good location for exploring Marigny and Bywater, as well as the quarter. The biggest plus here is the staff, who were all so friendly and helpful! We had a large one bedroom suite with a huge walk-in closet. It had a big comfortable sofa and a leftover kitchenette with a little sink. Given the setup, it would have been nice to have a microwave. Bathroom was remodeled and clean. WiFi and heating/cooling worked well. Complementary drinking water and coffee in the morning....

“Every person we came in contact with was so nice. The rooms were in good condition. The only issue is that we had a room near the elevator but also across from housekeeping. They talk extra loud amongst themselves. Being the late night players that we are, we unable to sleep well. ”

“Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. I noticed a strong smell of Fabuloso as I was exiting instead of the hotel using commercial grade cleaning products and disinfectants. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but it’s not the typical hotel renovations you would expect. It’s basically patch work.”

“We got there and check in and then something came up and had to go back home so check out in an half hour after checking in so really never stayed this time ”

“Room fair. Card keys didn’t work, missing facial tissues in bathroom dispenser, and missing light bulbs in a few lamps. Breakfast non existent unless like watered down coffee and cold cereal. ”

“Cleaning fluid(?) odor overwhelming. Unable to stay at the Welch motel.”

“Beautiful place to spend possibly more than one night because it's such an enchanting place that really deserve a longer stay. The owner is extremely kind and helpful providing information and advice on the place and surroundings. We spent there only one night and hope we will be able to come back one day.”

“Rooms are very outdated and not clean. Another group we were traveling with had bed bugs in their room and had to be relocated. Rooms are dark, bathroom very small and had mold around the edge of the shower. Overall not clean and not an enjoyable stay.”

“Old motel. Some low budget remodeling happening. The bed was clean bathroom was alittle dirty due to new toliet installed. Im not to picky. Front desk was nice.”
