“Struttura sicuramente di effetto, con meravigliosa vista lago. Camera spaziosa e luminosa, bagno nella norma. Colazione da prenotare e bel nostro caso era già tutta prenotata quindi eventualmente si doveva chiedere al personale di trovare un buco libero oppure uscire dalla struttura e fare colazione fuori, cosa che abbiamo fatto. Parcheggio di fronte incluso e comodità estrema nella posizione. Rilassante.”

“I was really looking forward to stay in this capsule hotel. The concept is great, the location was perfect, the look of the place is modern and inviting. Prices are reasonable and offers good value. However I was disappointed by the fact that there was no air conditioning inside the capsule. There was an air vent. You could control the quantity of air but not the temperature. So it was uncomfortably hot for me at least. I was also surprised that you could not lock the capsule from the inside....

“The only thing decent about the whole place was the front desk staff. They were excellent and I ordered food from the restaurant and it was good. I didn’t sleep for four nights because there was constant banging, and you could hear people walking above your head. You can hear from your room every time someone opens and closes their door. I didn’t bring my own shampoo and conditioner because every hotel has, their shampoo and their soap was cheap and disgusting. I couldn’t even wash my hair again...

“I didn't t' like the fact that the refused to grant me their reward points because. I booked though Expedia! They also didn't accomodate me by keeping my luggages after check out even if my departure was just on the evening! I have to carry all of them with me all day until my time of departure from 3 Rivières! The lady at the front desk at my time of checkout was very rude and unkind! I choose this comfort Inn Hotel because I liked my stay at Ottawa Comfort Inn but there is Comfort Inn and...

“Pretty basic place no flash at all”

“Great location in the old town. Everything was much appreciated. We got some concerns : 1) check in 16.00 it’s really late (first time it happens) 2) not having the breakfast in the building it’s a minus from my prospective 3) MAIN : so many noises especially during the morning. Works outside start really early and the glass are soooo thin! Unfortunately always wake up with noises around 06.30am 4) no cleaning room - costs 9 5 dollars ”
