“The hotel is ok and the position is very good.
Staff is polite but doesn't help too much.
The worst thing is that the air conditioning does not have the heating program.
The weather was very bad in Hong Kong while we where there and the room was freezing. I have asked if they had a portable heater but they just provided us a coat. We had to remain dressed in the room as if we were outside.
My wife got ill for this reason.
Also the breakfast was nothing special.
I am sure there are many more...

"Ottimo 4 stelle vicino a Ocean terminal. Ottima la camera, la reception, la colazione, la concierge e il bar ristorante Mall Caffè. Suggerisco dì sostituire il lo strano apparecchio per bollire dell’acqua perché a 95 gradi spruzza e puoi provocare ustioni. Perché non mettere in camera un normale bollittore d’acqua?
