“The property is very old and doesn't seem to have been updated in a long time. The rooms are are not low cost and yet you don't get anything complementary besides the breakfast. The breakfast is basic like most other places. They do have a shopping nook that sells toothpaste, toothbrush, moisturizer etc. The room was alright, but mattress was not comfortable for me, the springs had lost a lot of its tension. The Wi-Fi in room stopped working after the first day. And finally I had to call...

“We asked for more towels. We had 3 people in the rook and they only gave us 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel.
They do not understand English. It should not be that hard to get towels on a 2 night stay
The linens are disgusting. They are about 20* years old and no life in them. They need new beds and new linens. Will not stay there again.”

“The shower didn't have hot water. The staff tried to help by offering that we could shower in a different room, but said "we know that room has hot water issues" which makes you wonder why they rented it. The carpets were stained and overall the whole hotel seemed very worn. ”
