Siamo arrivati tardi alla sera e la reception era chiusa. Ci hanno lasciato un messaggio con l'appartamento aperto e non abbiamo avuto problemi. L'appartamento nel complesso era buono, le camere (2 oltre al soggiorno) erano molto piccole e difficilmente accessibili. La vista promessa era al di sotto delle aspettative perché le foto dell'annuncio riportavano un balcone affacciato sulle montagne, in realtà l'appartamento aveva una giardinetto con la stessa vista, ma con davanti una siepe alta. Molto buona la cortesia del personale alla mattina in reception. Sicuramente molto positivo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

The property is in an excellent location and has a lot of potential... However, we found the value for money to be unsuitable. Specifically, breakfast was not included, nor was the possibility of using the pool the next morning because its opening time coincides with check-out time. So, we used the spa the night before for a short time and noticed that both the sensory and tropical showers, as well as the spa water, were a bit cold or not properly regulated. Furthermore, the tiny bedroom, suitable for only one person, didn't have enough space to open two suitcases, and there wasn't even air conditioning. We arrived on particularly hot days despite being in the mountains, and the balcony didn't have a chair or a table... there was a fan that was taking up unnecessary space. Furthermore, in the bathroom, we found a buildup from a previous stay, and there were handprints on the headboard. We had to rent towels to go to the spa, paying for them separately. At check-in, they couldn't explain how the outdoor parking worked, as their indoor parking is paid anyway, so you might get confused. We also had to wait too much to get our room keys.
