“The staff are so welcoming and went above and beyond. Really helped my wife out with medical needs. So polite and willing to help. The breakfast was fresh and veried. Traditional Chinese foods but also some normal breakfast items to keep kids happy. Also provide an afternoon tea with traditional treat but also have popcorn and candy floss. A great addition. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. I would recommend this for anyone to try. Worth every penny”

“I booked two rooms at the Renaissance Beijing for my friends, one of whom uses a wheelchair. They were kept waiting a long time during check-in, and there was confusion locating the reservation.
