“Great hotel, very friendly staff”

“Toilet seat was loose and had to be tightened. Shower came off in my hand, and I had to fix it. Shampoo dispenser came off wall when used.”

“We had bugs on the floor and when I called the front desk I got the run around and lies. They made no effort to have us change rooms and then when we told them we were checking out because of the issue they just tried to look like they were calling Expedia. I finally called and got right through. The the girl tried to say that we wouldn't get a full refund and I had to persist to get the refund in full.”

“This hotel smells like urine mixed with cigarettes. We arrived late at night exhausted otherwise we would not have stayed. The flooring has been updated but the rest of the room is extremely dated (feels like the 1980s) and there are no amenities in the room besides a single bar of soap. It was a difficult night and I didn't sleep well with nightmares of some kind of infestation crawling on me. Sorry to be dramatic.
