“This was a great property in a great location. New, well maintained. The connected room availability was a huge plus and probably a huge factor to choose on top of other short term rentals. It is a self serve property though someone is available if needed. All facilities were there needed for a family. Would come back”

“Convenient location as it sits right at one end of the Kancamagus Highway. 10 minutes to North Conway. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean room with amenities. The indoor hallway is an extremely interesting and useful feature. Coffee is served in the lobby after 7am. Highly recommend it.”

“Room was recently renovated (except for the bathroom but hopefully that’s next). Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very kind and accommodating as always. They’ve added guest laundry facilities on the 4th floor which was extremely useful! Just wish they had more machines (only two washers and two dryers for the whole place). Machines take cards or quarters, and there’s a machine to get detergent that requires $2 in quarters. There is also a sign that laundry supplies are available at the...

“Great staff and the owner was very nice as well. Love the cabin we stayed in. The only downfall but not a huge deal for us was the grass could have been mowed. I’m positive if I said something they most likely would have taken care of it. They were very helpful on listening and listing areas to explore and gave us whatever we needed will definitely be going back ”
