“Our room was amazing. We had a balcony on both sides with great views. We stayed in a family room, and the children's pull-out bed was through an open doorway in a separate room. My only complaint is that the elevator (lift) is really scary to use and there are tons of stairs everywhere. Even on the floor of your room, there are 3 or so steps just to get up to the room. We also felt judged about our family's appearance when we went to dinner. The front reception ladies were kind, but the dinner...

“Had a lovely stay at the Waterfoot- all staff were really friendly and welcoming. Small room but clean and comfy. Ate both dinner and breakfast here and food was fantastic.”

“Beautiful seaside Victorian hotel! Staff were stretched thin but very friendly, dinner and breakfast were great, high ceilings in the room, stunning views out the large original windows. Some parts of the room could maybe use a deep sanitize clean, bathroom had an odd aroma. Room and hotel were well appointed otherwise. The walk down to the lifeboat station at sunset was 👌and the hike to Dunskey castle the next morning was incredible.”
