The accommodation comprises :

- A fully equipped kitchen with recent appliances
- A bright, open-plan living room with sofas, TV and coffee table, offering a direct view of the Cathedral
- A comfortable master suite with TV, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, electric double bed (separate mattresses) and shower room with walk-in shower
- A second bedroom with electric double bed, TV, large wardrobe with full-length mirror and chest of drawers. The double-glazed stained-glass windows overlook a particularly quiet courtyard.

An incomparable location:

The Place de la Cathédrale is the nerve centre of Strasbourg. You are staying in the heart of the historic district, surrounded by remarkable buildings, shops, restaurants, museums and cultural venues. Almost all the tourist sites are within walking distance, with no need to use public transport. The atmosphere is lively all year round, and particularly magical during the festive season.

Great place, everything was perfect. Location excellent, room excellent, the place was perfect perfect. One problem and only one. The hall way and entrance dark and very hard to get it. Need better lighting in hall way.I would rent that place again and again. What a gem!!!!

On arrival, the outside entrance was a little concerning, but the apartment itself was all it was advertised to be. The unit's keypad was initially hard to find in the darkness of the hallway, high up on the door frame. The description was that it was in the center of things, but we did not appreciate beforehand how much that was so. The cathedral square is crowded and full of activity (until about 9:30 PM), but the double-paned windows reduce the noise to a background hum (in October). Always something to watch going on outside. Usually one or two buskers plying their trade, some very good. The cathedral bell ringing was not an issue for us. Everything we needed was a short walk away, and the tram service to the station or outer neighborhoods was easy. In our week in the unit, we slept and relaxed well. We did not need to contact the host. Instructions were clear and comprehensive.

Our first time visiting, staying in Strasbourg. This was a great apartment for the 4 of us. Plenty of space. Well equipped kitchen and large refrigerator in the pantry. Easy to navigate to/from train station. The only concern we all had was regarding the stairs leading up to apartment. They are very dark and not well lit.

Wonderful place! Great location. Noise only a problem on Sat. night. Only gave us 1 big towel and 1 hand towel for a week but brought more on request. The big problem was NO heat and it was 39F at night. This never got fixed but we like to sleep cold and were out during the day.! I would definitely stay again as Strasbourg is a great jump off place for the area and apartment is hugh. There is NO elevator

Perfect for our family of four

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! It was a private oasis in the middle of all the hustle-and-bustle of the cathedral square. We were concerned about no air conditioning in July, but we stayed quite comfortable with an excellent cross-breeze from the many windows, as well as fans. If you are sensitive to city noise, this might not be the place for you. But, we loved being in the center of it all. The double-paned windows were very effective at keeping the noise level down, but we preferred them open for the fresh air and to watch the activity in the square. The house was very clean, and well stocked with all essentials. Anything extra you might need is just steps away from your front door.

Spectacular view of the cathedral, spacious room for 4, comfortable beds, central location that can't be beat. We knew we were in a popular location so we didn’t really mind the bustle and nightly noise. Easy day trips to Colmar and Riqueville plus Kehl Germany. Great restaurants within walking distance. We loved our stay in this stylish flat!

A wonderful apartment in the heart of it all.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Be prepared to be right in the middle of tourist central (and all that may entail). But being able to look out on the square and at the cathedral is magical. The layout of the apartment is nice as the bedrooms are private. The kitchen and apartment overall is very well equipped, especially if you like to cook rather than eating out. We were two adult couples and very much enjoyed this space.

Dark entry

First property is in an A location. Right next to Cathedral. Arrived at night. There were no lights around the door or number we had to get out of taxi and use cell phone lights. Kind of pain.Also our automatic key lock stopped working and we knew it was glitching we tried to be proactive and the management didn’t return email till next day. Meanwhile that night we were locked out and after several tries got in touch w/ their on call service. They resolved the problem but I had to go and collect the physical key after over an hour of trying to figure it out.That really took a lot on my end .
