Le Sébastopol - Appt moderne de 65m2

  • This modern 65 m² apartment is ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the city center. This bright apartment on the 2nd floor (with elevator) can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. A WiFi connection, Nespresso machine and ironing kit are also included. Bed linen and towels are provided.

    The accommodation is composed as follows:
    - A fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, microwave, induction hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils.
    - One bedroom with queen-size bed, TV, armchairs, storage space with hangers
    - Bedroom with 2 single beds and desk
    - Bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet

    Access to accommodation is available from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a key dispenser in a hotel opposite the station (a set of keys will be provided). It's about a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. ATTENTION: This hotel closes at 9pm! Check-in will not be possible after 9pm.


    The apartment is located in the Poincaré district.
    This lively, dynamic district is ideally located just 2 steps from the city center. You'll find plenty of shops, including the Halles shopping center. Just 2 minutes from Place Kléber, it's the ideal vacation spot for discovering Strasbourg!
    You'll find yourself close to a bakery, supermarket and pharmacy.

    Transportation:
    - Rental does not include access to a private parking space. Pay parking is available in front of the building.
    - Parking Le Sébastopol (paying) 2 min walk away
    - Ancienne Synagogue / Les Halles tramway (lines A and D) 2 minutes' walk away.
    - Les Halles - Pont de Paris bus stop, 1 minute on foot
    - Airport 20 min by car
    - Railway station 10 min. walk

    Other remarks :
    - Bed linen and towels included
    - Free Wifi available
    - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation

    Development work is currently underway on rue Sébastopol and will continue until June 2025. This may cause some noise pollution during the day.

No son aptas para adultos y diría que ni siquiera para niños. Al apartamento le faltan detalles, gusto, luz... Está muy al mínimo y se podría mejorar mucho con unos pocos detalles"

If you’re out all day it’s not a problem, but if you want to spend some time in the flat, the large bedroom or the dinner table are the only options."

Sébastopol "Un appartement vaste au coeur de Starsbourg 🙂 L'appartement est très confortable et spacieux, la grande chambre est magnifique. Propreté impeccable. Tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour la cuisine sont là. Procédé de remise des clés très simple, en toute autonomie. 🙁 Les chambres sur l'avenue sont très bruyantes même la nuit. Des rideaux occultants aux fenêtres seraient nécessaires pour avoir un plus d'obscurité dans les chambres."

Sébastopol Great location, nice apartment but Che know/out was an ordeal. I would not stay again due to arriving by train early, needing to walk to a random hostel where key was to be collected. It not yet available, then storing bag and finding a place to wait until 3:30 and again go to hostel for key and finally walk to apartment. They did allow us to leave key in apartment when we left

Sébastopol The place is really nice. It is located near the historical part of the city, close to the shops and all kinds of transport. The place was clean with well equipped kitchen. There is an iron! The inly problem was the heating in the smaller bedroom.

Sébastopol Great value, excellent location, and a well-kept, well-equipped apartment. Perfect for a short stay for a group of four, very comfortable and nicely decorated. Well connected to the city too. The only thing we could find fault with was that the process of collecting and returning the keys was not ideal - we had a four hour window to collect them from a nearby hostel, which did not fit with our schedule and was thus a little awkward. A lockbox at the property would probably solve this though, and we had no other complaints! Keys aside, we would not hesitate to recommend this listing!

Sébastopol Logement très fonctionnel et très bien situé dans Strasbourg, parfois un peu bruyant la nuit (mais vraiment ça n'empêche pas de dormir !) et un peu sombre mais si on passe beaucoup de temps dehors, ça n'est pas un gros souci. Je recommande ce logement pour les séjours courts sur Strasbourg !
