When we entered the hotel the staff was approachable and helped get us our keys and offered us a water for our room. The room was clean and the pool was nice and the hot tub, we enjoyed the breakfast options as well lots of variety for everyone.

I had stayed here about 10 years ago and it was clean and nice. It is not anymore. I had no soap, or any toiletries. The microwave looked like chili had been spilled it.
