We would like to draw your attention that since April the 1st 2017, Luxembourg left its previous Benelux hotel classification system and has joined the new european standard classification. Under the new standards our hotel will be voluntarly reviewed again till the end of 2018 in order to establish our classification on a broader european level enabling common standards for currently 14 participating countries. Lieber Gast, Wir danken Ihnen für Ihren Aufenthalt in unserem Hause sowie für Ihren Feedback. Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unangenehmheit während dem Frühstück. An dem von Ihnen erwähnten Morgen, haben sich mehrere Kunden einer Gruppe die ohne Frühstück gebucht hatten in letzter Minute entschieden den Frühstücksraum doch zu betreten ohne uns im Vorfeld bescheid zu geben. Die meisten Kunden, sind auch noch mehr oder weniger gleichzeitig am Buffet erschienen so dass das vorgesehene Personal natürlich überfordert war und es zu Engpässen führte. Betreffend den Check-out gewähren wir eine Verlängerung auf Anfrage ohne Gebühr. Das Personal vom Frontoffice Vorort darf leider keine Kulanz gewähren ohne die Erlaubnis eines Managers. Unsere Prozedur sieht in dem Fall eine schriftliche Anfrage vor. Wir entschuldigen uns für Ihre Enttäuschung und erlauben uns Ihnen eine Köstlichkeit aus Luxemburg per Post zu senden. MfG

We continuously scan the local offer in that perspective and we might reassure you that we are aligned to the market. Dans nos chambres nous offrons à chaque hôte un thé de haute qualité en guise de bienvenue agrémenté d'un chocolat premium. Les lampes de chevet sont dirigeables à fin de permettre une utilisation personnelle optimale. Certaines de nos chambres sont équipés de portes coulissantes pour les douches et d'autres avec des rideaux de douches. Nous nous excusons pour tout désagrément rencontré. Notre bar et restaurant opèrent du lundi au vendredi. En dehors de heures d'ouverture la terrasse reste toujours accessibles à nos hôtes et un service réduit est assuré par le personnel d'accueil. We do apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered and would like to emphasize that our policy consists of offering premium products to our guests. In that perspective, we have equiped all our rooms with a kettle and we do offer our guests a premium brand welcome tea. As mentionned in our remark, each customer is enabled to enjoy two teas upon arrival. The flavours are constantly varying in order to meet a larger audience. For any further requests, our bar team remains fully at disposal from Monday to Friday. On weekends a limited service is guaranteed. As far as the toiletries are concerned, we have opted for large dispensers rather than limited individual packages to be consumed without restrictions.
