This is a deceptively spacious detached house which, while cosy and welcoming to parties of all sizes, can accommodate up to 9 people (+ babies in cots). It is just a 15 minute walk (or 3 minutes by car) from the town centre. It has parking for 4+ cars and fast WiFi.

On the first floor there is a very large bedroom with two double beds (i.e. can sleep 4) with a large en-suite shower room; there is a further double bedroom with a large en-suite shower room and also a small single bedroom with a toilet and basin nearby (this room shares one of the en-suites for showering).

On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with a spacious en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over (very suitable for people with mobility issues). Towels, sheets, liquid soap, shower gel and shampoo are provided for the bedrooms and bathrooms.

There is a large fully equipped kitchen/diner and a spacious living room on the ground floor and guests can relax on the outdoor patio and enjoy garden views. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you will need during your stay, including china, cutlery, cookware, pots and pans, glasses, cups and utensils etc.; there is also a supply of the basics, such as cooking oil, instant coffee, tea bags and sugar, cooking oil, mixed herbs, salt and pepper, gravy granules and tomato ketchup etc.. There is also a cafetiere and filter coffee machine but you will need to bring your own ground coffee.
