Service needs improving
The hotel is fine, the bed is comfortable, they have a nice outdoor area, breakfast and wifi connection are decent, iron and iron board are provided in the corridor for anyone to take to their room, I appreciated the coffee and the biscuits in the room, so all in all, for my travelling style, I would come back again
Having said that I must point out the aspect needing improvement as I heard other customers being set off by those
1st and most annoying, the absence of anyone in the hotel. Yesterday for example from 0500 to 0730 pm there was no one in the hotel that could answer questions or serve drinks. There is only a number to call in case of need and a couple was answered there was no one in the hotel and the bar was closed.
We are talking about a hotel (and restaurant...) not exactly cheap and not exactly close to anything so they need to provide for their guests because not everyone wants to take the car and drive to the city. If for any (wrong) reason, you don't want to man the post, fill the mini bar with drinks every day and bill the customers at checkout.
Something that affected me was that breakfast is served from 0800 to 0930; now I don't know if all their customers are on holidays and have no schedule whatsoever, but as a businessman I don't always have the luxury of starting my day at 0830/0900 so breakfast need to be served from 0630, maximum 0700 on
Also, in case someone needs to leave early, to-go breakfast options need to be available.
