Warm and cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath Long Trail House condo within walking distance of Stratton Village and Stratton Mountain. Condo is located at corner end unit with beautiful views and quiet enjoyment. Long Trail House is incredibly convenient with underground parking, building elevator, electronic keys for building and condo access, 3 hot tubs, heated outdoor pool, spa, and lobby with wood burning fireplace. Stratton Village has plenty of shopping and dining at multiple restaurants. This condo unit sleeps up to 6 guests.

This was our second time staying in this unit and we enjoyed it even more the second time around. The proximity to the village and main base make it easy for us to get around with young kids. The unit is well described in the listing, clean and spacious. We look forward to returning again!

My family loved our stay in the condo. The condo was very clean and decorated so cozy for a winter stay and ski trip. We loved the easy walk to the village and the mountain and also the view from the windows was so pretty, especially during the snowfall. The communication from Bob was clear and we had no issues during our stay.

We stayed in one Robert's units in Stratton for the 3rd or 4th time. His 2 bedroom corner unit in Long Trail is conveniently located to the town and slopes. Comfy beds, well kept and plenty of games for the family.

We had a great stay with our family of five. The unit was clean and exactly as pictured and described. The location was perfect for us in that we could walk to the base of the mountain, restaurants and other activities in the village. Also, Robert was great in his communication before, during and after our stay. We look forward to returning!

This was our 3rd year staying at the LTH and the best one yet! Bob and Jackie were the best hosts, we felt like we were staying at a friend's home:) The layout of the condo is perfect, bedrooms a bit separated from living room. Very spacious unit with so much light! Super comfortable beds, clean and well stocked bathrooms (tons of towels and products)! Everything you need is in the condo which is an easy walk to the slopes each day. Highly recommend staying in this unit!! We will be back:)) Thank you both for your warm hospitality and the wine and treats;)

Perfect condo for a great trip with friends. Location is super convenient. We parked on arrival and never had to leave the garage. Very short walk across the street to ski. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed in terms of linens, coffee, paper products, soap, etc. Note- parking is tight in the garage- also, not amenable to having a Thule on the roof. There was an outdoor lot- perhaps you’d be allowed to park there if you use a Thule. Overall a great experience. Robert was very responsive to my questions. Highly recommend- would definitely stay again.

Our stay at this condo was seamless. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Just steps to Stratton village and the mountain. Robert was great at communicating. Linens were provided, fireplace was cozy, and the kids loved the outdoor hot tub at night surrounded by snow! One of the best we’ve stayed at in Stratton in 7 years. We hope to stay again!

Bob was a great host. Check in was easy and very clear. Condo was perfect for Stratton and close to all restaurants and shops. Very nice corner unit with windows on both sides. Great views and living room set up. Bedrooms were very well set up as well. Sleeps 5-6 very comfortably.

We really loved the whole experience in this corner unit. The unit was very clean and well stocked with towels, detergent, coffee, etc. Bob was easy to reach when needed and very helpful. We had a group of 4 and for 2 nights we had 2 additional guests who stayed on the best sleep sofa I have ever seen. We enjoyed the hot tubs and morning coffee and muffins. One of the best things is the underground parking. The lot was so warm some of us left our skis and boots in our cars between skiing. There were no assigned spots so we had 2 cars inside. There are also lockers with one lock. It can hold two skis. But if you bring your own locks you can use as many as you want. There is a coffee machine that does full pots as well as individual kcups. We used both. The walk to the lifts are really just 5 plus minutes but if you don’t like walking in boots and carrying skis you check your skis for $8 day and many people carried their boots and used a locker for their shoes. We toughed it out but maybe not next time. We would definitely come back to this unit again!

The condo location is ideal. Owner was great, answering all questions very quickly. The condo has everything you need. Had a wonderful long weekend with wife and three grown children. Recommend highly!!!

We had an amazing little getaway at this quiet corner condo. Location was amazing and we walked to everything. Condo had everything we needed and more. The keys were not at the front desk so that’s the only reason for the 4 stars for the check in process but it was still not a big deal. Would definitely stay here again!

Great choice for our 5-day trip to Stratton. The condo was bigger than I expected and very well stocked for a VRBO. Robert was easy to work with. We picked up keys quickly at the Stratton welcome center, which is across the street from the condo complex. The condo complex has three hot tubs and a heated pool, which we enjoyed every day. This was our first visit to Stratton. The town is great… 4-5 good restaurants. You have to walk through town to get to the slopes (not far). We paid extra to leave our skis by the gondola overnight (wasn’t expensive). Would highly recommend this condo… 4 beds was more than enough for us, all comfortable. Clean and updated unit.

Great location at the base of the mountain. Walk outside the condo unit and right at the village entrance. Convenient underground parking was great for easy in/out. Unit was clean and perfect setup for my family of three. A perfect fall getaway. Would stay again.
