“Unfortunate service from check in. We needed a small accommodation (a room change to the lower level) and the individual behind the front desk was not very accommodating. Expedia had to call them to support us. We ended up not staying there for a few reasons- one being the unkind staff, staff stating there are none of the same rooms available downstairs then after Expedia called and we cancelled they did have a King room. The room also smelled like cigarettes. Honestly would have given the place...
