“It seemed very clear that the front desk didn’t feel the need to give there best effort just because we were younger guests (early 20s) especially when a couple (mid 40s - 50s) walked in. As we were finishing up checking in the guy at the front desk cuts our conversation off early and starts talking to the said couple. I had to step in because we had even been told our room number! Or parking info, breakfast times, were to find our room,”

“The room and motel was exactly what I expected. This is an older property, but it was clean and in good condition. The staff was very helpful. The bed was comfortable and all the appliances and equipment worked properly. I would stay there again if I was passing through Payson.”
