Thank you for your Feedback and comments, unfortunately your first response was to a survey that we do not get contact details for which is why we could not respond. We have 3 buildings as part of our hotel, the Main Building and 2 other cottages which is stated on our website. Room service is available daily when, but the housekeepers will not enter your room unless you request them to do so with your door hanger saying ready to clean. I'm sorry that you felt the rooms and service were not up to standard and have sent this back to our hotel teams for review. Despite it not being visible we were having work done in the main hotel, but this may not have had any effect on your booking as they are auto allocated based on the room type you book through expedia. I can only apologies if you felt that the food was not up to standard. If you had said something at the time, we would have been more than happy to rectify this, just as a note the Bruschetta is a cold dish.
