Welcome to the GARDEN Apartment at Bella Vista Apartments! Bella Vista is composed of four brand-new apartments (NORTH, EAST, WEST, and SOUTH), each with full, unobstructed views of Lago Maggiore. We have built these apartments with your holiday in mind. Designed with high-end features, multifunctional spaces, elegant bathrooms, and with free WiFi throughout, the apartments at Bella Vista offer you privacy, relaxation, and convenience. There is private parking on the gated Bella Vista property for our guests, as well as common areas for sunning and barbecuing. Each apartment has its own washing machine, air conditioning, and heating.

Bella Vista Apartments are just above the charming little medieval town of Someraro, which is a frazione, a part, of Stresa. Just a four-kilometer, five-minute drive from the center of Stresa, this is a perfect location from which to explore the area. Adorable Someraro, with its narrow streets and picturesque houses, has two restaurants just a few minutes walk from the apartment. With views, comfort, and convenience, this is the ideal spot from which to discover Lago Maggiore and its beautiful communities, each with their own character and charms, and the perfect apartment to come back to and relax in at the end of your day.

In the GARDEN apartment, the open-concept living space gives you a full view of the lake from the living areas, as well as from the kitchen window. The apartment is on the ground level, making it ideal for those who do not wish to access their apartment from stairs.

Outside the apartment a stone terrace runs the entire length of the apartment. You can access it from the living room sliding doors, or from the main door in the kitchen. Additionally, it can be accessed from the bedroom, also offering a beautiful lake view from there. Imagine dining and relaxing outside on your private terrace, as sailboats and ferries zigzag across the lake...

The modern kitchen is spacious, with a cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and plenty of storage space. There are dishes, silverware, pots and pans and all the utensils you need to prepare meals. Wine glasses too, of course!

The living area has a comfortable sofa that easily opens into a queen-size sofa bed. Surrounded by views all day, you can pull the darkening curtains to sleep at night.

The dining area, in between the kitchen and living room, provides a large modern table and chairs for indoor dining.

The bedroom is large and tranquil. Curtains can be pulled to darken the room for lazy mornings. A full wall of closets offer all the space you'll need to store your things, and is conveniently located.

The spa-like bathroom, surrounded in elegant stone tile, features a large shower, all fixtures, and your washing machine.

In addition to your private terrace, you can enjoy lazy afternoons on the sun terrace and use the barbecue area in the evening, to end another beautiful day on Lago Maggiore.
