A stylish hallway leads to the two large bedrooms and the two bathrooms. One bedroom faces the quiet inner courtyard, while the other faces the piazza, which is a bit livelier.
One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, and washing machine. The second bathroom has a shower and toilet.
The comfortable sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space for more guests.

In total, the apartment sleeps 5 people plus a toddler, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together who still value space and privacy.

The apartment is located in the heart of Stresa, right on the corner of the famous Piazza Cardorna and just a minute away from the lakefront promenade and Stresa’s boat dock. Many lovely restaurants, bars, and shops are right nearby, and directly across from the apartment’s entrance is a very well-stocked Carrefour supermarket.
The location is a perfect choice for those who want to experience the truly enchanting town center of Stresa with all its amenities within walking distance. It’s also ideal for travelers arriving by train or plane. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, and Milan-Malpensa Airport is easily accessible from Stresa via the ALIBUS.

Depending on availability, a private garage space in the building’s underground parking garage is available for a fee of €12 per day.
Free and paid parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment/garage is located in a ZTL zone with entry restrictions in the evening and on weekends; more information is available upon request!
You can apply for a permit to drive through during restricted hours at the nearby police station.
