Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. “Expedia…. I accidentally put the wrong dates in for my stay, and I only realised once I’d booked, basically the wrong month.. When I tried to amend it they wouldn’t, they told me to cancel my booking (with no refund) and re book.. so I never actually stayed and the hotel got paid tegardless”
