Vicino al mare a Strömstad!

Casa vacanza con vista sul mare! Il casolare si trova a soli 200 m da piacevoli e tranquilli bagni di mare con scogliere, spiaggia sabbiosa e pontili balneari. Il casolare si trova su un grande terreno soleggiato con prato e scogliere. Sulla veranda si può godere il sole del pomeriggio e della sera. Qui puoi rilassarti in un idillio tranquillo cottage estivo ma essere comunque vicino ai negozi e ai ristoranti di Strömstad.

La cucina e il soggiorno sono a pianta aperta con tavolo da pranzo e gruppo di divani. La cucina è dotata di piano cottura, forno, frigorifero / congelatore, lavastoviglie e macchina per il caffè. Due camere da letto, la camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e finestre in tre bar, la cameretta ha un letto a castello.

Tutta la casa è stata recentemente rinnovata, dimora invernale e in ottime condizioni.

Sul ponte di legno (costruito nel 2017) sono presenti mobili da giardino e un barbecue. La barca con motore (5 CV) può essere noleggiata (chiedere separatamente sulla barca, alcune settimane non è disponibile).

Lettino da viaggio e seggioloni sono disponibili su richiesta.

La distanza da Strömstad Centrum è di 1 km e da Strömstad Golf Club 5 km.

Asciugamani e lenzuola non sono inclusi. La pulizia è obbligatoria Se è anche possibile prenotare una pulizia finale, chiedere separatamente per questo.

Wir haben uns in dem traumhaften Ferienhaus von Ola super wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet mit Allem, was man braucht. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Alles war gut, und wir sind mit allem zufrieden. Allerdings sollte die Elektroleitung noch geprüft werden, da bei uns mehrfach die Sicherung ausgelöst wurde. Infolgedessen mussten wir die Sicherung austauschen und die Wasserpumpe im Außenbereich neu starten.

Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön, vor allem die Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Betten sind bequem und auch über die kleine Sauna haben wir uns an zwei Regentagen gefreut. Die Spülmaschine war bei Ankunft noch mit schmutzigem Geschirr gefüllt, was aber nicht dramatisch war. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank an Ola.

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Auszeit in diesem Feriendomizil. Vor allem die Ruhe und der traumhafte Ausblick haben uns fasziniert. Das Haus ist gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es mangelte uns an nichts. Ola war ein sehr unkomplizierter Gastgeber und immer erreichbar, wenn es Fragen gab. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Mein Mann und ich verbrachten zwei Wochen in diesem schönen, sehr liebevoll renovierten Haus, genossen den herrlichen Ausblick, die Terrassen (eine in die Felsen hineingebaut) und interessante Ausflüge in die Umgebung sowie über verschiedene Schäreninseln. Der Blick vom "Westpoint" war atemberaubend! Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermärkte, Bäcker und Fischgeschäft sind in wenigen Kilometern erreichbar. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Sonnenschutz würden das Haus perfekt machen!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem kleinen Häuschen verbracht. Die Lage und die Ruhe waren einfach wunderbar. Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ola hat extrem schnell auf all unsere Anfragen reagiert und war ein toller Gastgeber. Lediglich an das Bad mussten wir uns etwas gewöhnen. Der Abfluss war verstopft und führte regelmäßig zur Überschwemmung des kleinen Bads. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, aber im Bad haben wir eine alte Seife und Haare des Vormieters gefunden. Mag daran liegen, dass es optional ist eine professionelle Abschlussreinigung zu buchen. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber richtig wohl gefühlt und würden definitiv wieder kommen:-)

There is not only a spectacular view of the archipelago from the house, but it is also a beautifully designed, light-flooded and well-furnished house with diverse nice possibilities to sit outside. Furthermore, a nice little beach is just a five minutes walk away. We enjoyed our time there very much!

Super hus der dog mangler det sidste finnish. og så står der at der kun er 1 km til Strømstad. Det passer ikke. Der er tættere på 10 km. Vi havde håbet, at kunne gå til Strømstad på 10 min. Så der følte vi os snydt.

Das in jedem Detail liebevoll und gekonnt renovierte Haus liegt sehr schön in einer kleinen Siedlung mit großartigem Ausblick auf die Bucht und die vorgelagerten Inseln. In einem Fotoband im Haus konnten wir sehen, dass das Haus über Jahre in liebevoller Handarbeit durch die Eigentümer selbst gestaltet wurde. Die Terrasse und das kunstvoll in den Felsen eingepasste Deck sind nicht nur hübsch anzusehen, sie bieten auch ein gemütliches Plätzchen mit Aussicht auf das Meer und das direkt vor dem Haus gelegene mit Heide und Sträuchern bewachsene Felsplateau. Wir hatten sogar das Glück, dass ein paar Tage zwei junge Elche auf dem Grundstück waren und friedlich und entspannt bei uns vor der Terrasse bei dem Felsplateau lagen. In der Umgebung gibt es viel schöne Ausflugsziele, die gut von dem Haus aus zu erreichen sind. Das Haus ist jeglicher Hinsicht sehr gut ausgerüstet und gepflegt und die Betreuung durch den Hauseigentümer ist ebenfalls sehr gut und unkompliziert. Als Resümee ist das Haus wirklich in jeder Hinsicht traumhaft und sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir haben tolle zwei Wochen erlebt. Das Haus und die Lage sind klasse. Die Küste lässt sich wunderbar mit Boot und Kayak erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter war prima. Auf Fragen kam immer schnell eine Antwort. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit auch die Nachbarn. Wir hatten zudem Glück mit dem Wetter. Insgesamt für uns fünf Sterne mit zusatzsternchen.

Schon allein das Haus und die Lage sind einfach toll. Das Gesamtpaket wird abgerundet durch Sauberkeit (hier könnten sich viele Ferienhausvermieter eine Scheibe abschneiden), sehr gute Ausstattung und freundliche, unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Da hätten wir gerne auch 6 Sterne bei der Bewertung vergeben.

Wunderschön und ruhig gelegen mit zwei grosszügigen Terrassen; eine davon fliesst förmlich in die felsige und dennoch grüne Küstenlandschaft (herrlicher Platz, um in der Abendsonne den Tag ausklingen zu lassen). Haus liegt am Ende eines ruhigen Wohngebietes, so dass nur noch etwas entfernt die Häuser direkt am Wasser in der Blickachse liegen (Nachbarn nur nach hinten). Kleiner Strand fussläufig (ca. 4 min) zu erreichen. Für lange Wanderungen am Strand oder im Dorf nicht der richtige Ort, da die Wege nur zu Grundstücken führen oder Strände zu Grundstücken zu gehören scheinen. Wohnraum hell und dezent eingerichtet, mit schönem Essplatz und gemütlicher Sofaecke, sowie neuer Küche (u.a. Induktionsherd). Ausstattung (Geschirr/Besteck/Gläser) ok, aber nicht sehr hochwertig. Spül-, aber keine Waschmaschine vorhanden. 2 Schlafzimmer, eines mit Schreibtisch und Doppelbett, das zweite mit Etagenbett, unteres breiter als oben. Wir waren zu viert dort mit zwei „Kindern“ (16 und 13 Jahre), war platztechnisch ok. Vermieter sehr nett und prompt antwortend bei Fragen. Insgesamt sehr entspannte Woche verbracht.

Our family of four had a fabulous time at this wonderful cabin. The property is in an excellent location. It is clean, and well appointed. The view is incredible. It is quiet…no street or city noise. Close to Strömstad, and other idyllic harbor towns for other great views and restaurants. We were sad to leave, but hope to be back soon! We appreciate the opportunity to stay…many thanks to the owners for hospitality and great communication.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer tollen Lage mit atemberaubendem Blick in die Schären. Für uns war alles perfekt. Eine wahre Wohlfühloase. Vielen Dank an Charlotte und Ola, für die wunderbare Zeit in ihrem Sommerhaus!
