“As if being in a castle isn’t awesome enough, the staff is so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The grounds and rooms were exceptional. Gorgeous. The restaurant for dinner had amazing food and service. I honestly can’t say enough about this property. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, whatever best ratings I can possibly give for a hotel - I bestow upon this hotel. You absolutely MUST stay here, even if for just a day. It’s totally worth it! ”

“Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming...

“Das Zimmer war sauber & geräumig. Das Personal freundlich & kompetent im Hotel.Das Zimmer hätte ein paar Extras vertragen, Zahnputzbecher usw. Haben Abends im Hotelrestaurant gegessen ohne Halbpension. Das würden wir persönlich nicht empfehlen, es zog, der Service war ausbaufähig & das Essen durchwachsen. Einiges sehr gut, anderes leider nicht.”
