This lovely, cozy and comfortable 2 bedroom maissonnete is the perfect place to call home for both holiday and business travelers. It is located in Strovolos, in a very convenient and quiet area.Family friendly ☆ TV☆ Free WiFi ☆ Air Conditioning ☆Washing machineAs soon as you enter these lovely apartments, you will see a living room with a comfortable sofa and a TV, as well a kitchen where you can conveniently prepare something delicious for your entire team. There is also a washing machine for your comfortable stay.The bathroom is located on the first floor and features a bathtub.Going up the stairs, you will find two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, A/C and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom features a single bed that can be transformed into a double bed, A/C and a wardrobe. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair• Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.FOR SMART TV WITH NO CHANNELS: Our listing includes a smart TV, but it does not have satellite channels. Please note the following electricity usage limits:* Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartment: 130 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 18.5 KWH.* 2 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 150 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 21.4 KWH.* 3 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 170 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 24.2 KWH.* 2 Bedroom Villa with pool: 220 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 31.4 KWH.* 3 Bedroom Villa pool: 250 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 35.7 KWH.If your usage exceeds these limits, an additional charge of 0.36 EUR per extra KWH will apply daily. The property was clean and initial communication was very good. The property was close to my relatives which made it an ideal location. Unfortunately the information regarding the WiFi was inaccurate. I was not able to access WiFi for the duration of my 8 day stay. Initially the support team tried to help but they were not able to solve the problem or to provide an update of what was happening. Fortunately I had mobile roaming with 4G and was able to access WiFi with my relatives. Check out time of 11am was very helpful.
