BRINGING YOUR BOAT

Guests must launch boats at a nearby public ramp, as the North River Shores community ramp is not available for guest use. Once launched, you can dock your boat right at the house.

The private dock accommodates boats up to 25 feet and features a 12-foot fixed bridge, making it ideal for fishing boats and low-profile vessels. From the dock, it’s approximately a 25-minute cruise to the inlet.

Fishing from the dock is encouraged and enjoyed by many guests. Fishing rods are provided, and a fish cleaning station is located at the dock. Please clean the area after use.

THE OUTDOOR RESORT EXPERIENCE

The backyard is the heart of this home. A massive heated saltwater pool stretches across the travertine deck and includes a shallow sun shelf and modern in-water floating loungers designed to curve comfortably to your body. An elevated double-sized jacuzzi overlooks the pool and canal, creating a true resort feel day and night.

Covered patios wrap the home and offer multiple outdoor living rooms with sofas, chairs, ceiling fans, and a large outdoor TV. You’ll find three separate outdoor dining tables, sun loungers, a swing, a fire pit, and plenty of conversation areas so everyone can gather or spread out. An outdoor shower makes rinsing off after swimming or boating easy.

MAIN HOUSE LIVING & SLEEPING

The main house offers over 2,200 square feet of beautifully remodeled coastal living. The chef’s kitchen anchors the home with a premium BOSH gas stove, generous counter space, and an open layout that flows naturally into dining and lounging areas.

Every bedroom in the main house is equipped with a smart TV. The living room also features a smart TV, walk-out access to the pool, a queen sofa bed, and a twin sofa bed for flexible sleeping.

Sleeping layout in the main house includes:
• Guest bedroom with two queen beds, oversized walk-in closet, and direct pool access
• Guest bedroom with one queen bed and one twin bed
• Master suite with a king bed plus a twin bed in a converted office or storage space, double-sink ensuite bathroom, and direct pool access
• Large hallway bathroom with double sinks for shared use

A queen airbed is also available. The main house sleeps up to 15 guests.

THE POOLHOUSE SUITE

The separate Poolhouse Suite adds privacy and flexibility without disconnecting from the group. It features two queen beds, a couch, a full kitchen, washer & dryer, smart TV, fun LED crown molding, and one and a half bathrooms. A convenient half bath is closest to the pool, with a second full bathroom tucked privately inside.

The Poolhouse offers surround views of the pool and water and is reserved as a pet-free space. This suite has never hosted animals, making it ideal for guests with allergies or those who prefer a pet-free sleeping environment Combined with the main house, the property can accommodate up to 19 guests.

PARKING, GEAR & EXTRAS

There is ample space to park multiple vehicles, plus room for an RV, boat, or trailer. The home offers fishing gear, bikes, kayaks, outdoor games like cornhole and giant Jenga, beach gear, pool toys, and pickleball paddles for nearby free courts. A wine cooler & full laundry room is included.

LOCATION

The Stillwater Dock House is located just minutes from downtown Stuart with its waterfront dining, shops, and charm. Beaches are approximately ten minutes away. Close to everything, yet private and peaceful.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

The Stillwater Dock House is a peaceful waterfront retreat located in a quiet residential neighborhood where neighbors enjoy living full-time. This home is best suited for families, fishing groups, and guests who value relaxation, quality, and respect for the surrounding community. While is is a wonderful location for intimate, respectful gatherings, is not a party house or loud music venue.

Please review the following before booking:
• Quiet hours are observed from dusk until dawn. Loud outdoor music or noise that may disturb neighbors is not permitted.
• Guest count is strictly enforced. Every person on the property must be included on the reservation. No visitors or un-approved events.
• This property is not child-proof. Children are welcome, but the booking guest accepts full responsibility and liability for all guest safety throughout the home and property.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
• Pets are welcome with restrictions. Aggressive breeds and excessive shedding breeds are not permitted. Pets are not allowed in the pool, on furniture, or inside the Poolhouse Suite.
• Boats must be launched at a nearby public ramp. The private dock accommodates boats up to 25 feet with a 12-foot fixed bridge.

Guest access
Entire estate, main house, pool, pool house, kayaks, bikes, fishing & beach gear & boat dock. Locked closets or cabinets are not for guest use.

Other things to note
The pool equipment is just outside the window in the master bedroom suite so if you are sensitive to noise at night, this may not be the room for you. We do have a sleep sound machine for this room to help offset that noise.

Please note:
We cherish our tranquil neighborhood and friendly neighbors— please keep in mind that while they get to live in paradise, they also work here year-round. Please:
• No loud parties or events - respectful gatherings are perfectly acceptable & the home is perfectly set up for that
• No loud music ever or loud anything outside after dusk
• Respect our community and peaceful setting

When requesting to book, please include SIX things in your message:
1. The “confirmation words” found in the house rules
2. Whether you’re bringing an animal & if so that you understand they MUST be on a leash outside, picked up after & not allowed on furniture, pool or guest house at all
3. The total number of guests
4. The total number of cars
5. Confirmation that all guests are non-smokers
6. Confirmation that you accept 100% liability for guest safety at this location
7. Confirmation of dusk to dawn quiet hours & no loud parties

These details are required for each reservation.

We provide fishing rods & you can fish right from the house. Please ensure these are clean and stored back correctly, protecting lines from getting tangled.

Kayak launch from the dock. If you use the kayaks, please give them a quick rinse to remove any salt water before putting them back on the rack, and make sure they’re stored upside down & bungee’d back to the rack. Don’t forget to hose off the oars and life jackets too. Our cleaners charge $50 per kayak if they have to do this, so that cost would be passed along to you. Thanks so much for helping keep everything in great shape!

Speaking of life jackets they are 4 universal size to accommodate most people. If you are smaller or larger than average adults you may need to bring your own. Plenty of places to buy one fairly cheap if needed. Amazon overnight or ask & I’ll tell ya where to shop!

We supply extra toys, Cornhole, jenga, games, kayaks, and bikes for your use. Please be respectful in their use and return them cleaned off & to the location that you find them.

We do not have children’s size life jackets so please bring your own.

Please return the bikes, cornhole, Jenga & all the extra games provided for your use.
