Hotel a Stuartfield

“This is exactly what I pictured when I imagined staying in Scotland. The house is beautiful and the owners along with their two dogs could not be anymore wonderful. We also had one of our best breakfasts in Scotland.”

“Host was extremely rude. We were trying to enter the building with provided code and the door would not open. We called for assistance and she yelled at us that we were not pushing the door. No offense but one should not have to use your shoulder with force to open a door. Bathroom was covered in mold, hallway & room has strong chemical odor, pillows were of questionable quality & cleanliness. “The room was excellent. Love the private patio that goes with the room for the dog! The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The food was lovely.”

“Stayed in the apartment at the rear of the property. What a great self contained area this was. Room was spotless and very well maintained. All staff from check in, bar and at breakfast were exceptional. Breakfast was included and was great and they are happy to adjust anything on the menu to suit. We had our dog with us and she was most welcome in the hotel too for a £10 a night supplement.”
