“Si tratta di una sorta di residence, pensato piuttosto per soggiorni lunghi; la struttura è nuova, confortevole e silenziosa, però il tutto, seppur funzionale, è risulta un po’ freddo; il check-in è stato un po’ lungo; inoltre, mi hanno dato una camera al piano terra predisposta per i portatori di handicap, quindi gli spazi erano molto ampi, anche troppo. Nel senso di attenzione ai portatori di handicap la struttura merita 5 stelle perché tutte le funzioni della cucina sono pensate e costruite...

“I am all about fair reviews & giving people a chance. The check-in info took us to a tube stop 15 min walk away, Franz Joseph is a 2 min walk. On arrival we called to see if there was somewhere to store luggage, the host said he would call us back but never did. We returned at 4pm. The pin code to the door did not work. “ The stay was great. One night we had a bit of noise from upstairs neighbors, but this is definitely NOT the norm, and Christian was very communicative the whole time! The place was very clean, super spacious, and legitimately luxurious. We were able to take a deep breath and relax in Christian's loft amidst our hectic Christmas Market travels! A great place to stay for sure!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Bettina's place with our two kids. It had a fun park nearby, plus bakeries and grocery stores. Less than a block to the Ubahn and only 10 min walk to the museum quarter. And a great English language secondhand bookstore a couple of blocks away! Quiet, safe neighborhood. We'd definitely stay here again in Munich!”

“Die Wohnung ist in Schwabing gut gelegen und im MVV gut angebunden. Bis zum Marienplatz sind es nur wenige Stationen. Das Haus selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen aber grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat mit Hilfe eines Lockschlosses gut geklappt. Die Wohnung selbst war eine Katastrophe. Der Boden war nicht gesaugt. Es fanden sich tote Bienen, Dreck und Haare. Farbeimer standen rum und auf dem Balkon fanden sich Kippen auf dem Boden. Staub gewischt wurde auch...

"Albergo in posizione ottimale, a pochi minuti dalle principali attrazioni del centro storico, ma anche dalla metropolitana e dalla stazione centrale. Personale sempre cortese e disponibile, camera silenziosa e pulita. L'unica piccola pecca è la mancanza del minibar anche per essere usato semplicemente come frigorifero. Manca anche una cassaforte in camera, ma questo per me è superfluo"
