"We were due to stay in one of the beach front Tree Houses a couple of weeks ago when we stayed on Koh Rong. We were incredibly excited after seeing this place advertised on a youtube blog! "This was booked for 4 nights by mistake as I searched for Koh Rong. When I realised on the morning of arrival they wouldn’t refund any of my money. I thought they it would have been fair just to pay for one night but I had to pay for all 4. Not pleased"
