SLEEPING OPTIONS
Bedroom #1 has a king size bed (sleeps 2) and queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2)

Bedroom #2 has a bunk bed with single on top (sleeps 1), full on bottom (sleeps 1-2) and pull out single trundle (sleeps 1)

We found this lake house to be the perfect place to have our family vacation. The location affords easy accessibility to Penn Yan for shopping, dining, etc. The lakefront had all the toys and a gradual drop off for the kids. Everyone loved the kayaks, paddle boards, and float. The house was immaculate and spacious. The kitchen was extremely well appointed and we enjoyed the deck and BBQ grill. The host was accessible and a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful house, wonderful location, wonderful host!

We were 6 adults , one toddler and one newborn. Most days were spent in the lake with provided kayaks, canoe or paddle boards. Had a fire by the lake in provided pit. Otherwise we hung out on the deck off the mail living room or on the large couch. The living room was huge and the kitchen was a generous size. Lacked for nothing!

Our second year! - What a great stay!

This was our second year staying a week at this absolutely wonderful property for our 3-generation family of 12. Due to very hot weather, the grandchildren spent loads of time in the water. The two docks belonging to this property create a nice, semi-enclosed space within which the children played, with a shallow, gradually sloping, weed-free bottom and clear water. Greg has added sit-on kayaks that could be manuevered (with some teaching) even by the 6-year-old. Greg has also improved the style of beds in one of the bedrooms which made things better for our extended family. The large lawn, away from the road, and the shaded porch overlooking that lawn space are big favorites of our family. For more info, see my review of July 2023. I also encourage you to bring bikes and hiking shoes to enjoy other opportunities in this truly beautiful area.

Amazing Stay!

This property was the perfect place for my family and extended family to enjoy a wonderful stay at the lake. The house was spacious and well-appointed. The beach and the non-motorized craft provided was enjoyed by all. To top it all off, the owner (and his father who lives nearby) were outstanding hosts. They were attentive to all of our needs and were very responsive if anything needed to be done. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

What a great retreat!

This property is not only beautiful, but is a terrific location and the perfect setting. All of us enjoyed the views of the water, the water itself and the luxury of the Lakehouse. It was convenient to not have to bring our own kayaks, life jackets or beach towels. We wanted for nothing during our 10 day stay. Thanks for hosting us!

Great place! Great week! Great host!

We are 12 family members, ages 5 to 70's (8 + 4) who looked hard for a large waterfront home on Keuka Lake with a grassy play area, safe water entry, bedroom configurations to keep family units together, a modern kitchen, dock space for 2 boats, and sufficient parking. We found it all, and then some, in Greg's spacious and immaculately maintained home on the lake. My daughter-in-law's first reaction, in a reverent whisper, was, "This place is gorgeous!" You will love how the kitchen, indoor dining, and living room integrate so well, and how the lake-facing windows, glass doors, and sliders allow you to watch activity at water's edge from the living room. A sandbox for the kids. Fishing off the 2 docks was productive, with smallmouth bass and panfish. Kayak entry into the water was easy. No muck on the beach bottom. Downstairs, the play room and screened porch were welcoming. The second kitchen added flexibility. Here again, yard and waterfront activity were visible from the screened porch, with a gentle slope to the water; no steep drop or stairs to negotiate. The yard is big enough that we concocted a treasure hunt. Extra gear could be stored in the screened porch. We ate most of our meals from the upper covered patio, so spacious that all of us could be together, enjoying the outside while being shaded. The good railing made it safe for the children. There are some great hiking opportunities, and Penn Yan's stores are close by. Greg is absolutely outstanding!

Family Trip full of Memories

This was the prettiest lake house with wonderful yard to play games like corn hole & wiffle ball. The beach had two docks that were well used for jumping in and/or fishing. If we did not have three grandchildren getting married between Oct.2023 and Oct 2024 I would love to go again next summer.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

This was our first Keuka Lake vacation experience and we had a great time staying here. The owners were extremely friendly and gracious, and communication between us was excellent. This home was beautiful, and had everything we needed for the week. It's a perfect home for more than one family due to its size. The location was very convenient and being right on the lake was wonderful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful!

This property was absolutely gorgeous. We come to Keuka every year and this house has been one of our favorites so far. Excellent communication between the property owner as well. Would highly recommend! We will be back!

Beautiful view of Keuka Lake; really good beds and linens; nice towels; all kitchen gadgets we needed; 3 sets of dishes; good dishwasher and oven. Nice big rental and the owners couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Very quiet neighborhood, too.

Great for families

When my extended family goes on vacation we all like to stay in one house together. This house was perfect for that. It was large enough for us all to have our own space and also plenty of seating for us all to hang out. The kitchens were fully stocked and had every that you could need. When traveling with kids this is hard to find. The house was clean and well taken care of. The owner was friendly and responsive to all questions. The kids had a blast. A wonderful place to stay and we hope to go back soon.

We could not have been happier with our stay—a beautiful house with plenty of room for multiple people or families. Wonderful Vacation!

We met up with my sister-in-law and her family and we all had a great time together in this beautiful home. The owner was super communicative and incredibly helpful! We spent the majority of our time enjoying the beautiful lake, enjoying meals on the decks, playing games in the front yard and back yard and catching up. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook great meals that we enjoyed on the outdoor deck. We also enjoyed all the fireworks on July 4th while we made s’mores for the kids at our bonfire, so much fun! Essentially there are two bedrooms, a mini kitchen, a full bathroom and a living room with TV on the bottom floor, so it also works well for families traveling together but who also want to feel like they have their own space for some downtime! Would definitely recommend this property!
