Checked out early, they stated that we didnt. And it was so problematic. We had even asked at check about the issue of checking out early because we were up here for a funeral and it had to get to our destination sooner than anticipated. And they were really not helpful. James told me we would be refunded, and then the other manager kim would be able to process it. It was never processed.

Evening check in staff very accommodating. This is an older facility. First floor area despite non smoking signs everywhere was unpleasant. Hot water for shower plentiful. Bed comfortable.

Stayed here because we had an event close early the next morning. first we got a call asking if we “actually” needed a handicapped room because they didn’t have anymore even when I booked over a week in advance. although they upgraded our room, it was not handicap accessible, and it was on the top floor, which was inconvenient in itself. Upon opening the door, we were smacked in the face with the smell of feet. Our sheets were messy and thrown together, The towels were stained yellow, Our toilet seat wouldn’t stay up so every time I sat down the dirty seat cover laid on my back, The shower water came out brown, Parts of the carpet were ripped up and sticky, A juice box carton was empty on top of one of our light fixtures and our peep hole to the door had toilet paper shoved in it. I was terrified that we were gonna wake up covered in bumps due to how dirty this place was, but we had no choice as it was late and we had to be up in 4 hours the next morning. We get downstairs to check out the next morning and the Guy behind the counter didn’t look up for a second from his phone as we’re standing at the counter directly in front of him. Before we left I wanted to express our concerns, but knew he would be no help. He finally realized that we were standing there and he just stares at me and I asked if he wanted the card to the room and he just told me to leave it on the counter. We left feeling disgusted and deep, cleaned our bodies and clothes when we got home. Worst hotel ever.

My husband and I like to stay in Sturbridge. Friday we decided to stay at the Days Inn and realized we made a big mistake. The room was small, the walls were cracked and peeling, the bed skirt was torn and falling off the bed. The drapes were broken and hard to close. There was supposed to be cable tv and we barely got 6 channels. The room we were supposed to be in, the bathroom looked like a crime scene. We were then put into the room next door, not realizing it was for one person vs two. We were supposed to have a queen bed and were put in a double bed. There was no continental breakfast. Even a grab and go is better then a pop tart and coffee. The only person who was willing to help was the girl who work the night shift. The day shift staff at the desk wasn't helpful at all. We will most definitely not stay at this establishment ever again.

This place is disgusting! Hair in the shower, toothpaste spots on the mirror, sink handle is broken so you can’t adjust it, dirty sock against the wall by the bed, pieces of food all along the edges of the floor, crumbs on the fridge, tv is broken, the counter looks like it was ripped off the wall somewhere else and stuck here (old caulking on the edge), toilet paper holder is broken, big areas that had been broken in the tub and someone tried to patch them up, bathroom floor has a layer of something on it that my flip flops leave marks in, one small circular overhead light for the whole room, extremely unpleasant check in staff. Maintenance was called to fix the tv but never showed up. I almost slept in my car but even the parking lot is sketchy
