“The hotel smelled old, dingy, mildewy. My wife and I allergies and asthma flared anytime we were in the building.”

“The room was large and clean. I left notes to housekeeping to get extra coffee in the room and she was responsive and also made sure to replace some towels and shampoo. Since she was already in the room, I thought maybe she would make up the bed, but it did not happen either of the full days we were there.
