“We had such a nice, relaxing time. The home is beautiful & cozy. We LOVED the decor & listening to some amazing records. The outdoor space is just perfect, shady in the morning & the beautiful sunset right out the back over the lake in the evening. The hot tub was so relaxing at night. “We had such a wonderful time kayaking in hidden alcoves on the lake, cruising around on the pontoon boat, and enjoying a beautiful view while toasting marshmallows over the campfire. The house was beautiful, quiet, and super clean. The beds were comfortable and the inside temperature was wonderfully cool. The fridge had plenty of space. The bunk bed setup was absolutely charming. It was the perfect gathering place for a few friends and family to get together. We would definitely recomend this...

We saw over 30 bird species, had a close encounter with a Blue Heron near the hot tub, and enjoyed the little frogs playing in the creek. We also enjoyed a hike at Dr. TK Lawless Park, a short drive away. We hope to come back again soon. ”

“It was pleasant. Very quiet and wonderful view of the lake. Excellent fishing. I had a few things that required online access to complete, so I selected a locations that listed wifi. Unfortunately the wifi was extremely slow so U had a hard time sending email. That said if you want a remote spot where you feel left alone to fish, this is great. Most people do not rent a lake cabin for the internet access though...”

“The cottage provided us everything we needed. It was easy to get in and out and the owner was very responsive to requests. I have not had a gas stove since I was a kid living at home and I found that cooking on it was like riding a bike. It gave me a bit of nostalgia as well.The location was great for us. Close to town, and to our own cottage that is currently gutted. Also easy drive into the Lake James/Jimmerson area - which of course you need to arrive to Tom's Donuts early if you don't...
