    The Space:

    Gather the whole crew at High Country Pool House, a sprawling 10-bedroom Black Hills estate just two miles from Deadwood off Boulder Canyon (Hwy 14A) between Sturgis and Deadwood. The showstopper is a private indoor heated pool in a 2,400-square-foot building (14'x34', with an automatic safety cover), plus an attached pool-house king suite with full bath, laundry, and patio.



    Entertainment runs deep with a home theater, pool table, foosball, two Weber grills, big-screen smart TVs, and outdoor horseshoes, tetherball, cornhole, and a sledding hill across six-plus acres of grass. A private hot tub, generous king suites, and abundant parking make it the ultimate large-group and reunion basecamp, with the Sturgis Rally, Deadwood, and Mount Rushmore all close by.

This property was perfect for our family reunion! The kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need. Indoor pool area was great, especially as it was cold outside. A very comfortable home!

What a magnificent house for our large group! The house is wonderfully clean and equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. I very rarely rank anything a 5 out of 5, but this experience warrants a 5+! Recommend it for any large groups passing through Sturgis.

Family Get Away

Our family had a great time here. Plenty of space for lots of kids and adults. Super close to Deadwood, but with all of the amenities and entertainment at the house there was no need to leave!

You had everything at your fingertips to keep a family reunion of 24 busy and age ranges from 5-74 had all sorts of things to do at this house.

House was Amazing

Stayed with 20 Family member everyone enjoyed the Well Stocked kitchen with Quality supplies, had everything you need to cook, Theater Room was great, Kids used Pool and hot tubs everyday, everyone had plenty of room. Views all around the Home are Amazing with Deer Strolling around the grounds...What a great Time...

Great rental!

This house was perfect for our family. We had nineteen people that stayed and there was so much to do for everyone. The ten bedrooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The indoor pool was such a fun time for our grandkids. We loved the outdoor patio and spent mornings out there visiting with our coffee enjoying the beauty of the Black Hills. Great vacation home!

Everything you want and more

This place has everything you need to keep a family of 24 entertained from ages 5 through 74 and Deadwood and the surrounding area had enough to entertain for a couple hours without a lot of expense. The outside of this home has gorgeous patio with so many options of chairs and seating to keep everyone close.

Great house for all ages!

The beautiful outdoor space was great for enjoying the Black Hills weather and watching kids on the slide and swings. The pool kept three generations busy for fun afternoons.

The house fit our needs so well with plenty of bedrooms and baths to accommodate our party of 8 adults and 7 kids. The pool house was so fun!! The outdoor patio was beautiful for morning coffee! Everything just suited us all so well! We did a family movie night in the theater the last night there…so many core memories made for us, our kids and grandchildren!

Beautiful home

Gorgeous home in a perfect location. The kiddos loved the swimming pool and all of the activities! The home has a fantastic floor plan. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub with a stunning view after a very busy day. The PERFECT home to rest and relax in after our many activities throughout the week!

Great place to host big group that isnt family

We take 24 military connected students to Deadwood for a mental health retreat and this place allowed our students a large enough space to stay and feel comfortable. staying somewhere with family its ok to be in tight quarters, but here, they had space to sleep, lounge and have activities. AMAZING place. We have booked two years in a row and are hoping for a 3rd!
