“The cleaning of the room seemed to have been done quickly, we found things in the room like a used fork, a deodorant and a lipgloss on the floor that weren’t ours. Other than that everything was great. The emplacement is perfect. Also, Lydia at the breakfast buffet was really sweet! ”

“The outside and the grounds were well-maintained as was the lobby and pool area. The room itself showed deferred maintenance and inattention to detail. The shower curtain was dirty, the Kleenex dispenser was empty. The available television stations were limited. I wanted to watch the Red Sox on the local carrier. (NESN) and it wasn’t available.”

“We booked this room at the last minute for a quick getaway. We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable and clean the room was. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way for guests. Everything in the room was upgraded. The inn is in the middle of downtown Hyannis, walking distance to everything including the harbor. The only downsides were their restaurant is closed down (there are plenty of amazing restaurants in town) and I read the inn is going to be converted to upscale...

Le camere sono spaziose e viaggiando con un bambino di dieci anni il doppio letto Queen si è rivelato molto comodo. Macchina per il caffè in camera (all'americana) e WiFi gratuito. “A variety of Food was available almost all the time. The pools were kept clean and there was plenty of lounging/gathering space. The only “complaint” would be that only one pool was open at a time-even though they have both an indoor and outdoor pool. The hotel and grounds were well kept. I was worried about noise given the proximity to the airport but that wasn't bad. ”

“Appena entrati abbiamo notato peli sul tavolino, sul letto, nel letto, sul cuscino e sul lavandino. Dopo abbiamo scoperto che il cuscino, una volta rimossa la federa sporca, era lurido e puzzava di muffa. I davanzali erano sporchi e pieni di insetti morti. Nessuno sul posto a supportarci, comunicazioni solo telefoniche. Il posto è da evitare se ci tenete all'igiene e non volete rischiare un'infezione.”

“Our first time in America and we didn't know what expect but from day one it was great. Friendly staff always spoke or just a smile. More than what we were expecting i.e. bath and shower. Room was clean. Fresh sheets everyday. Pool area was clean and tidy. We really enjoyed staying there. Main road is very busy but we hesrd nothing from our room. Seating area outside too which was nice. Lovely place. We stayed here for 3 weeks and didnt have any issues. Thanks :) ”
