    The subway and bus are within walking distance. The S-Bahn is also not far from the apartment.

    Access is via a key box at the back of the building.

    Starting at 10:00 PM, please be considerate of the neighborhood—avoid loud music and conversations.

    3. Visitor Policy
    Unregistered guests are not permitted to enter the accommodation.

    4. Pets
    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

    5. Toilet Use
    Please dispose of toilet paper only in the toilet—no hygiene products, wet wipes, or trash.

    6. Safety
    Always close windows and doors when leaving the accommodation.
    ▶ Guests are liable for damages or loss caused by gross negligence.

    7. Key Handling
    The key must not be given to anyone else and must be returned properly after your stay.
    ▶ Lost or unreturned keys may result in a charge of up to €50.

    8. Furniture & Equipment
    Please treat the furniture and equipment with care and report any damage immediately.
    ▶ Deliberate or negligent damage must be replaced.
