“Our stay did not start well: bedsheet was shorter than the bed, wind blowing onto face when sleeping, lamp out-of-order. We left comment with Hotel.com’s check-in survey online before we went for breakfast. Oat found us, inquired our problems & fixed everything before we returned to the Hotel in the evening. That improved overall ranking fr 2 to 5.”

“Das Personal war sehr nett, und ich durfte früher einchecken. Es handelt sich um ein kleines, schönes Hotel in der Nähe des Maya Shopping Zentrums. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar: Restaurants, Streetfood, Massagesalons, Wechselstuben, Schönheitssalons und Supermärkte. Die Lage ist die beste der Stadt. Das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten, und das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Das Badezimmer war wunderschön. ”

“I stayed there for 2 nights with my friends. It was so memorable. We really enjoyed the stays even though we had to carry our heavy as luggages to the first floor by stairs, but it was a really good experience. 2 nights, millions of memories. The bathrooms are huge, the beds are comfy. We already left Chiang mai, but B2 Suthep is still the name that we would talk about when talking about Chiang Mai.”
