“The rooms are small, but very comfortable. Wasn't able to watch TV, cause EVERYTHING WAS IN KOREAN! The things I REALLY disliked, the reception/ check in counter was ONLY available from 10am to 3pm. Also, there were 3 Gentlemen's Clubs next door, across the street, and not 50 feet down the street !”

“The staff was so kind and helped in whatever way I needed. The front desk staff spoke english which was tremendously helpful. But, one staff member stood out above everyone else. The lady who cleaned my room each day always had a huge smile and greeted me warmly each morning. I thank God for her because she helped me start each day off with a smile. My room was clean and tidy all the time.y room.had a kitchenette, which i used. It also had a washer and dryer. The only complaint that I had was...

“The overall experience was good, except for the restaurant on the b1. We tried the restaurant on the B1 floor for dinner and the food was cold and the quality was bad. Also it is not written anywhere on hotels.com and on the reservation but if you want to use the swimming pool bring a hat or you can’t use it! They don’t let you swimming caps and there is nowhere close where you can buy it. When we ask at the reception they said it was written on the reservation but once I showed them it was...

“アクセス：地下鉄新沙駅から上り坂で10分ほど歩くので天気次第では要注意。※空港からのシャトルバスの降り場も新沙駅駅。駅に向かうときは下りなので楽。市内のバス停はほぼ目の前にあり、バスが使えるなら非常に便利。 室内：ベッド脇のスペースが予想以上に使い勝手がよかった。洗面台がバスルームではなく室内にあるが全く問題ない。景色は遠くに南山タワーが見えてテンション上がる。 アメニティ：スリッパは使い捨てではないので気になる人は持参したほうがいい。ボディソープ、シャントリは備え付けあり。歯ブラシ類はなし。 周辺：裏通りにコンビニなど色々あるので困らない。 フロントスタッフ：いい意味でテキパキと流れ作業です。スーツケースは預かってくれます。”

“The hotel is nice, in an area with restaurants and bar. The structure is nice and innovative, but somethign strange happened: tyhe restaurant is very good, but in one of the evening I was there the restaurant was not serving any dinner or bar service to the hotel guests due to a convention that booked the full services.”
