“The best attraction is the infinity hot pool, but the road is terrible! The room has No Air conditioning, consider that is a new opening the maintaintance is very poor. I shoukd open and close the door doing a manoeuvre to rise the door! The staff is nice... But with limitations ”
“One of the best hidden gem in Kintamani area. This place has best view of mountain and lake. All staff is very friendly & helpful. The access to property is a bit confusing, you should ask around in case if you got lost. But it’s super worth it. I want to come back again for sure!”
“Nous sommes restés une nuit. Villas au pied du volcan, ce qui nous a permis de partir avec notre guide (réservé via Kamaru Villas, merci, Ayu était au top). La source chaude de chaque villa est un très grand avantage, cela fait extrêmement du bien 👍😀 villas au calme, avec possibilité de manger le soir.”

Difficile d’accès mais les hôtes viennent vous chercher et vous amène si besoin avec leur jeep.
Parfait pour une nuit et un départ pour le Mont Batur.
Les hôtes ont contacté un guide pour nous accompagner monter le Mont Batur et ce fut extraordinaire. Je le recommande fortement, n’hésitez pas à leur demander (Nyoman sukra Trekking Guide of Mont Batur Bali) !

“The room is very spacious with a big bed. The toilet is very nice as well. The only thing I would note is that for us which came from a tropical climate the temperature around the area might be a bit cold. Also getting grab/gojek is nearly impossible. I would recommend to arrange transport through the hotel to airport and long distance areas if not by bike. ”
“It was a very nice stay. Simple arrangement yet comfortable (especially big comfy bed). Possible to get good food, order taxis, organise a trek to Batur volcano, hot springs. Basically right at the starting point for the trek to Batur. Nice people too!”
“Not in a very convenient location, but besides that it's a great hotel, and the staff were very friendly! It also has a restaurant in the hotel so while there's not many restaurants nearby, at least you can order food at the hotel.
Also the room and hotel were just absolutely beautiful! Kintamani was amazing as well”
“Great view on Batur Lake. Good clean rooms in silent place. Normal breakfasts but still simple. The parking place is a little bit outside and need to go on staircases quiet long. Better not to go on big bike till the end (Nmax) because it's really hard to turn back and need to go with reverse way on breaks for long time). ”

“The place is a beautiful setting and everyone was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fair, they were tons of flies. The biggest drawback is the lousy road full of potholes and only one lane leading up from the main road. Unfortunately my weather was not be best but imagine the view to be spectacular in good weather. Worth a visit.”

Pero no tuvimos suerte con el tiempo e influyó bastante en nuestra estancia.

La cabaña no tenia calefaccion/AC y el agua de la ducha salia con poca presion y no del todo caliente por lo que pasé mucho frio.
El acceso es muy dificil, bastante escondido y con muchos baches y charcos.
Lo mejor fue el servicio, nos traian todonlo que le pediamos a la habitacion (comida, secador...).

"La struttura ha moltissimi difetti per un 5 stelle, nonostante sia molto bella e con un personale ottimo e disponibile. Entra luce al mattino presto dalle tende veneziane nella stanza superiore, di contro scarsissima illuminazione la sera (non si vede quasi nulla e non c’è neppure una luce per leggere un libro), sempre dal mattino presto l’housekeeping inizia a suonare i campanelli all’esterno delle ville per rifare le stanze (svegliando tutti), quasi impossibile trovare posto nella SPA in alta stagione (e questo pesa molto perché per trovarne un’altra occorre fare 40 minuti di macchina per andare a Ubud), non c’è palestra, scarsa privacy in quanto nella piscina possono accedere tutti davanti alle ville, colazione solo a’ la carte. Invece di essere rilassante come dovrebbe essere a Ubud, finisce per essere un posto dove non ci si rilassa ne’ si riesce a dormire. Abbiamo segnalato che non siamo riusciti a dormire per la luce e lo scampanellio continuo e in risposta ci hanno offerto due colazioni: ridicolo considerato il disagio e che il nostro soggiorno è stato di sei giorni, spendendo diverse migliaia di euro. Peccato perché potrebbe essere un posto meraviglioso e pieno di pace. "
