Our Favorite Spot - The Outside has a beautiful wrap around porch to take in all the views. There is also a fully screened enclosed outdoor patio deck to keep out the bugs. Enjoy the outside wood burning fireplace on the screened porch while relaxing on the full patio couch. There is also several seating area along the deck so you may enjoy the fresh Mountain Air, a bit of nature and wild life.

The home is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. There is a locked basement area which we use for storage which will not be available to our guests.

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

✽ LOCATION ✽
Our Mountain Home is nestled on a little private hill around the WMA.

We do share our little hill with 2 wonderful quiet neighbors, one on either side of our home. We do ask that you respect their privacy and kindly request no loud music or noise and please not to trespass onto their property and home.

To get to the house the road is a slightly hidden gravel access road that you could miss, so please drive slowly and carefully especially of you plan to arrive in the evenings which can be very dark. The road to the house is not very long, but is on a slight incline, 4x4 is not necessary but can be helpful during the wet and or icy seasons.

✽ FOOD/GROCERIES ✽
We do highly recommend that you do stop at grocery stores BEFORE you arrive to the house as the closest grocery store is 30-45 minutes away. (If you are travelling from Florida “Ingles” grocery store is similar to “Publix”).

There is a little convenient store “Coopers Creek Store” 1-2 miles from the house which you will pass along the main road Hwy60, which carries basic supplies. They also serve some scrumptious home cooked country Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner – please ensure to check their hours as it may vary. (cooperscreekstore.com)

We are in Fannin County which is a DRY county, if needed please ensure to bring your adult beverages with you.

✽ UNFORTUNATELY NOT PET FRIENDLY HOME ✽
We do love all pets, but unfortunately some of our space is carpeted and for the cleanliness and safety (allergy) for all our guest we are not able to allow pets at this time. We truly appreciate your understanding to this.

✽ NON SMOKING ✽
We have had unfortunate incidents with smoking in our home, that at this time we absolutely do not allow smoking of any kind in the home or on our premises (outside the house).
