Guest house a Sudbury

“Family room booked for three adults. Arrived to find two single beds. Booking confirmation states someone would be there to greet us. No-one was around. Fortunately we got through to somebody by phone and were able to get into the room but they were not able to provide us anywhere to stay for the three adults we had booked and paid for. The floor, bedding and toilet were clean. However, the windows were covered in cobwebs, the chairs were stained, there were not enough cups for all three of us,...

“Upgraded to the Studio. Good communication, lovely accommodation with well appointed clean kitchen and bathroom. Friendly, welcome from the owner. ”

“We were very grateful for the welcome pack we received condiments orange juice and fresh milk. It was a beautiful day to enjoy the garden settingBeds and pillows were very comfortable. “Only issue was kitchen close at 20:30 and check in is by 21:00. We only, just, made the second deadline.”

“The property was clean. George and Jordan were very welcoming. There was a choice of continental breakfast or cooked breakfast. Parking is free. We were really happy with our king room, there is a shower, toilet, sink and bath in our room. The bedroom is very big, wardrobes. Two very Happy customers and will definitely be back there again.”

“Room and bed was clean, shower sink hoever clogged. Bed light not working. Very noisy pub until late, also much street noise during the night. Convenient on-site parking and nice location near railway station and restaurants. All and all highly overpriced.”

“Hosts were great, very helpful Breakfast was marvellous, well cooked by Maria.”

“A fab place! :)”

Insomma siamo andati a letto on un tè e biscotti.
