“Absolutely would not recommend this property. The pictures online show an outdoor and indoor pool area. The outdoor pool was not functional and large empty pool when you pull in. The security was my biggest concern. After checking in, I was told to enter through the back of building as that was closest to my assigned room. “The hotel is not maintained. The lobby floor was not swept. The hot tub had a thick layer of foam floating on top. The stairs leading to pool were not maintained. Our room had ants so we were moved. That room's bathroom floor had a sticky substance on it and in the shower which has hair stuck to it. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice. I would not recommend staying here.”

“Our experience with Ozark and and suites was not very good though the service was good but it was mediocre. I wanted my money back, but they said I couldn’t get my money back because I already gave them my card and I think I should get my refund because I wasn’t as satisfied, Customer.”

“This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. How any of your reviewers could give over a 1 rating amazed me. All things mentioned in previous reviews have not been addressed. We stayed two nights and 2nd day got back to room and it was not made up. I went to front desk and I had to work at getting the clerk to look up from her cell phone she was obsessed with. I mentioned room was not made up and we need fresh towels and coffee. Her response when when we checked in,the clerk should have told...
