No Holiday Arrivals or Departures.

No Extra Visitors allowed at the farm.
One Dog Allowed: $75 for up to 50 pounds max. No cats. More than one dog or a larger dog requires pre-approval - please inquire!


New construction (Sept 2023). Created specifically for a couple, to provide a relaxing environment to soak away the stresses of life, but space to also bring the kids 🥰. Enter on the lower level to a King bedroom, full bath and laundry with an open stairwell up to the main level living room. Enjoy a huge open living space, a full kitchen ready for cooking, lounging area, TV (that electronically rises out of the floor) and then your semi-private sleeping oasis including a full bathroom and wooden soaking tub at the foot of your king bed! Open layout living, again, perfect for a couple - a vibe that cannot be duplicated with rooms & doors! Hot tub sits on your incredibly spacious private deck and we just added a private fire pit! Guests have the entire barn to themselves, including a private hot tub on their own private deck and their own private fire pit, and then full access to the shared farm and all of its amenities.


We are always available via the app and text, but chances are you will see Connie (sweetest little old lady) working the land and animals! Sugar Grove has been called a laid-back version of Valle Crucis, as if Valle Crucis could be more laid-back.


Boone & Banner Elk is 20-25 mins away, 15 mins to Valle Crucis, 10 mins to Trash Can Falls (Laurel Creek Falls) & Cove Creek Convenience Store (sandwiches and a little bit of everything), less than 5 mins to Dutch Creek Trails (horse riding) and skiing in 30 mins and Blowing Rock is 6 miles from Boone proper.


PETS: Please respect our pet requirements, we like the goats being the largest animals on property, it keeps their stress levels down! Pet Rules: $75 one-time fee, one dog (under 50 pounds). Message us before booking if you have multiple dogs or a larger dog!!!
