    Surrounded by woods and water, this 1-bedroom, 1-bath vacation rental offers a front-row seat to the stillness of the Ohio countryside in Sugarcreek. Spend lazy afternoons casting for bass, bluegill, and tilapia from the dock, or take the boat out for a paddle across the still water. Back at the cabin, evenings call for s'mores by the fire, a game of cornhole, and stargazing in true Amish Country quiet.

Great weekend! Very peaceful.

Everything was great! It has everything you could possibly need. It was extremely clean and the owner was super friendly. The property isn’t surrounded by other cabins so it was private. Fishing was fun. Loved being able to watch the sunset by the fire. Had an amazing weekend.

Very clean stay and a very quiet area. My brothers and I brought computers and had a good old fashioned video game night. I wish I had booked for longer so we could have explored the trails more! I would highly recommend this cabin, and will be returning with my family.

Peaceful Setting

We loved our stay! The location was peaceful, the pond was great for fishing, the bed was comfortable, and the welcome treat of homemade bread and peanut butter were delicious. We cannot wait to come back.

Great condition and location

Our stay here was great. The cabin was clean, well stocked, and decorated beautifully. The location was great. You were far enough to be in the country but close enough to hit all the major shops and attractions easily. The fishing in the pond kept our kids busy during any down time. We will definitely be back and greatly enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay, just isolated enough for a private, fun time. The owner was very easy to contact and check in was a breeze. Small details like plenty of blankets, towels, and lovely smelling beds made for a very comfortable vacation. Plenty of things to do in the area but you could also stay on the property and stay plenty entertained. I can’t overstate how nice of a weekend we had, and for a very reasonable price. The only downside is one bathroom, so be prepared for that. Not a huge inconvenience and was certainly outweighed by all the benefits. As an added bonus, the bordering property out front has a donkey and five goats roaming around, very fun to just sit and watch them roam around and do their thing. This is a great place to stay!

Perfect secluded get away spot

Had an amazingly peaceful stay. Spent evenings enjoying local wines by the campfire appreciating the outdoors and the pond. So relaxing that my wife and I didn't argue once.

Amazing time close to Nature

I can’t say enough good things. Clean home and beautiful property. The homemade Amish bread and peanut butter was also a nice gift that we really enjoyed. We will definitely book again!

Great Get Away

Very clean and peaceful property. really enjoyed fishing the pond and the campfire. the kids had plenty room to play volleyball and enjoyed hiking the trails and the paddleboat. inside was very nice, clean, and cozy. would definitely stay again and have recommended to others.

Relaxing Fall Stay

We very much our stay in the idyllic fall setting by the pond. Our two teen boys fished from dawn to dusk and I enjoyed peaceful hikes. My husband, a wildlife photographer (contributing photographer to Field and Stream, Outdoor Life, etc) was working in the area and it was the perfect place to work out of. The wifi was fast and reliable and the beds were very comfortable.
