“We're so glad we booked this Hampton Inn in Crystal River for an overnight stop over. We ended up in spacious (handicap suitable) room ... Everything was just nice. It was clean, comfortable, with nice towelssoaps and amenities. The staff was delightful and helpful and breakfast was delicious!”

“There were things I was used to finding at Hampton inn that were now done away with like a phone a clock a microwave that your site said they have. No hand lotion or makeup remover pads so the white cloths get ruined and we get charged for. Let's just say quality went down but not the price of a stay.”

“Rooms were updated. We stayed for a softball event close by. We left items in the bathroom and they called us after checkout to let us know. I had money in my jeans behind the door, I am really impressed with the customer service getting my items back as well as the whole process ”
