I loved the little glasses in the bathroom to rinse after brushing one's teeth,the makeup remover wipes,nice toiletries,the bed very comfortable; I noticed also that there was a soft pillow and another more firm pillow to accommodate different preferences i guess,the room was immaculate. “Breakfast was okay. Coffee is good. Only complaint we really had was about the pool. Indoor pool is clean and area maintained, but it is hard to use because it is an indoor pool with so much chlorine that that that atmosphere burns your eyes.”

“Elm House Inn is only 1 mile from downtown Napa and about the same distance from the Napa Outlets. Clean and quiet with a beautiful courtyard full of plants and flowers. Perfect place yo relax with friends or read a book. All the staff is very friendly and personable. Yummy breakfast is served with fresh pastries, eggs and sausage/bacon. Sister hotel across the street offers a nice happy hour. It’s my go to when I stay in Napa.”

Our room had no bath towels, there was a small used towel left on the bathroom floor, and it was obvious the room had not been cleaned properly.
